I started to do this excercise immediately after having each of my children. I begun doing only a few a day and only a short time each time but did more often after a few days; after a few weeks I found my muscles toned and believe this is why after seven children I have a toned tum. I don't believe in dieting and if we are careful with what we eat, the weight remains constant, so once gained a healthy weight for your height and build, just be careful of how much you are eating between meals. I walk regulary but not an excercise fan and this excercise is great for anybody who hates the gym, lol
